Ewutosi Edith Adaora popularly known as Ekwi Ajide got her Higher Diploma (HND) from Federal Polytechnics Oko in Mass Communication; broadcast /presentation in 2004. Ekwi obtained her Post Graduates and Master of Science both in Mass Communication in Nnamdi Azikiwe University in the year 2012 and 2012 respectively. Ekwi is the founder, Balm for the Bruised foundation, a member of the International Aids Society Whispering Hope African Initiative, Special Persons Connect, Sports Writer Association of Nigeria and ABS Rice Farmers Corporative, an executive member of the Nigeria Union of Journalist, Crime Reporters Corps and Nigeria Association of Women Journalist. As a young scholar, Ekwi Ajide was a member of society of student’s broadcasters, where she was exposed to the intricacies of broadcasts and lot of experience  person in the media world. Ekwi Ajide is a native of Awkuzu in Oyi Local Government Area of Anambra state, she is married and bless with children.

 

Chukwuleta Chigozie Patience,  is the co-founder of Gist Agrica and deputy station manager, Unizik 94.1 FM Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Anambra state.  At Nnamdi Azikiwe University she worked at the Public Relations Unit (2008-2013) and later become the deputy station manager at Unizik FM from 2013 till date.

At the early stage of her career, she worked with Concord Newspapers and Anambra state Newspaper and Printing Corporation,( Publishers of National Light Newspaper) as reporter and later became the Sports Editor,  from 1991 -1993 and 1994 – 2008 respectively.
Chigozie is a passionate Sports reporter. She is a graduate of Mass Communication from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. She is the current National Financial Secretary of the Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN)after serving as the National Treasurer from 2009 to 2016
She has covered sporting activities across Nigeria and beyond including,  African Youth Championship (Nigeria) 1995, African Youth Championship (Ghana)  1999, All African Games (South Africa) 1999, African Nations Cup (Ghana/Nigeria) 2000, All African Games (Nigeria) 20003, All African Game (Algeria) 2007, African Nations cup (Ghana)  2008 etc. She participated in the FIFA/AFP training for female sports writers in Africa (Senegal) in 2011.
Beyond Chigozie’s professional work,  she is a football match commissioner. She is from Umuduru- Egbaguru in Onuimo Local Government of Imo State, Nigeria. She loves traveling, watching sporting activities, teaching etc.  Chigozie can be reached here
