DON’T ALLOW IGBO LANUAGE TO GO EXTINCT, NWACHUKWU URGES IMOLITE

The newly inaugurated Special Adviser to Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma, Hon. Canice Nwachukwu has urged the people of Imo State to ensure that Igbo language did not go into Extinction.
Hon. Nwachukwu made the plea during the reception of his swearing-in in Owerri, the Imo State Capital. He charged people of the State to be proud of the Igbo language just like Hausa and Yoruba people.
Hon. Nwachukwu commended Imo Journalists for coming to be with him, while promising to partner with them as he solicited them to support the governor, reposition the state through good and balanced reportage.
The special Adviser eulogized Governor Uzodinma, describing him as friendly, easy to reach, and best gift to Imo people
Hon. Nwachukwu stated that the governor means well for the State, and that the administration will be known for people oriented and human capital development government, while stressing that the appointment he made was based on those who have been with him for the past 20 years.
He pleaded with the people to give the governor time to provide infrastructure and dividend of democracy to Imo populace.
